The Woods Fitness Park

 The Woods Fitness Park is a huge outdoor playground, filled with over 60 obstacles and fun zones.  

Come walk, run, crawl, jump, climb and swing your way through the course anytime from sunrise to sunset daily.  

Or if you prefer, just skip the obstacles have a beautiful walk, and enjoy the quiet nature of our hidden gem. 

The park is fun for all ages, all abilities, and yes - even dogs!

The Woods Fitness Park, a 40-acre outdoor adventure area nestled in tree-lined paths of Benton Harbor, Michigan, is the ultimate location for summer camps, get-togethers, birthday parties, and corporate events, or just to come check it out on your own.  

We have a fun-filled staff waiting for your group to come out and enjoy monkey bars, tunnels, ropes, walls, a zip-line and many more fun and challenging obstacles.  During Summer we also have "boot camps" which is a great way to meet new kids and learn about fitness while having a blast.  The Kid Zone has a bounce house, climbing dome, kid's obstacles, and games like Jenga, Connect 4, Ladder Ball, and cornhole.  There are picnic tables and a grill so you can plan a day and enjoy lunch right here on the property!
