The Historic Chapin Mansion is now open for the 2025 tour season! Tours are led by trained docents and offer a look inside this beloved Niles landmark.

2025 Tour Schedule: Fridays and Saturdays 1pm - 2pm through December. Tours begin at the Fort St. Joseph Museum.

About: The Historic Chapin Mansion was built in 1882 by Henry and Ruby Chapin. From 1933 - 2012, the building served as Niles City Hall. Today it is administered by the Niles History Center.

Admission: Admission: $5 for adults. Ages 18 and under are free.
