Village of Baroda
Baroda is nestled in the center of Berrien County in southwest Michigan, amidst farmland, wineries and antiques, and is a rural treasure. The village is home to just under 900 residents. Our quaint brick main street reminds you of an era long ago, when life wasn't so busy.
Baroda is also home to two beautiful parks. The Village Park is located along Hickory Creek and offers public tennis courts, basketball courts and playground equipment. There is also a picnic pavilion. Baroda Township is home to Hess Lake Park, a beautiful 29-acre park with nature trails, fishing on Hess Lake, soccer fields, baseball fields and a covered pavilion.
Though our village has a small town feel, we are also host to many visitors that are anxious to come and see what is happening here! Within our beautiful corner of the "mitten", we are home to 15+ wineries, art galleries, eateries, and our most recent addition, the Round Barn Public House Brewery, serving their amazing hand-crafted brews!
There are so many things to see and do in our wine country. Not only will the beautiful vineyards take your breath away, but the scents of the grapes are so captivating, you won't be able to help but stop and take in the sights. While you are here, stop by one of the many fresh produce stands and u-pick orchards! Whether you are looking for fresh flowers, fruits or vegetables, you will find it.
We look forward to having you stop by our village. We hope to see you soon!
