Vision Statement
Our Vision is to impact the global cannabis industry in a positive way to change the stigmas and stereotypes associated with the old image or opinions of cannabis, by highlighting the healing
power of the plant and producing products that help people and athletes optimize their wellness. We will bring to market superior innovative products that address pain management, neurocognitive disease, and other wellness concerns at all levels. We will be strong advocates
for the industry and our customers by funding research initiatives and partnerships with venerable institutions worldwide. These relationships will ensure our products are as effective and produce real results, creating a strong brand. We will create economic growth for our team members, vendor partners, and the communities we operate in. We will expand our company into new markets beyond Michigan in the coming years.
Mission Statement
Our Mission is to attract team members and vendor partners who are each best in class and thought leaders in their field to fulfill our vision. We will invest heavily in our team to develop and assemble a resilient group of team members who pursue excellence through persistent execution. We will focus our energy on R&D, customer service, and best practices to ensure fair and equitable treatment for all. During expansion, we will identify partners that will ensure all operations are performed according to our standards. We recognize our license to operate in the cannabis industry is a privilege and a responsibility, and we will ensure all team members, customers, and vendor partners are educated accordingly. As we grow, we shall give back to the community and charitable institutions that share the same core values as Primitiv.

1. Spiritually /Ethically Focused – It is imperative that we make every decision through our spiritual, moral, and ethical filter in all that we do, asking ourselves “Is [this decision] the right thing to do”

People Matter – We will declare every person who has an encounter with any team member must know and feel they are valuable as a person, even at the team member’s own expense.; Every person will be treated with respect, dignity, and honor.
