Fall Flight

Join a Sarett Naturalist for a guided birding hike around the loop at Floral Lane in Warren Dunes State Park! We will meet at the nature center at 8:00 AM and plan on arriving at the park around 8:30 AM. As we enter late October, migration is still in full swing; tricky fall warblers are moving through the area, and we will be right in the peak window for spotting Harris's Sparrow—North America’s largest sparrow! As an added benefit, the stunning fall colors enter their peak during the last two weeks of October, making for a beautiful backdrop.
