Thistledown & Row
Thistledown & Row is a restaurant, cidery & winery in downtown Buchanan, Michigan. With a menu of new American classics and reinterpretations paired with craft ciders, meads, and wines, Thistledown & Row offers a hip spot for dinner & drinks, date nights, or brunch with friends.
In the summer months, enjoy grab & go service from Thistledown's take-out window while enjoying the annual Buchanan Common Concert Series just a few steps down Days Avenue, in Buchanan's Downtown social district.
The name was inspired by local flora and the Buchanan area, with "thistledown" originating in Ben F. King's poem "The River St. Joe", which also lent its name to Thistledown's sister establishment, River Saint Joe Brewery.
