The Grand LV

Located in Niles. The Grand LV, in historic downtown Niles, is located in a former Elks Temple, built in 1928. Recently renovated, all of the original characteristics of the building remain with a mix of clean, modern design. The Grand LV can host ceremonies and receptions all at one location, with a seating capacity of 200. The Kull Memorial Stateroom is 1900 square feet, and is located on the main floor of The Grand LV. Plenty of natural light enters through seven large windows, with sunset views over the St. Joseph River. This space is perfect for any gathering.
