For over 40 years, Captain Jim Conder, also known as "Big Bird," has devoted his time to exploring the Great Lakes in search of the best fishing spots to provide exceptional fishing trips. Although Captain Jim has retired from his captain duties, he has passed the helm to his son, Captain Eric. Rest assured, “Big Bird” is still involved and often joins for many of the charters. The dedication of both Captain Jim and Captain Eric to quality customer service has earned them notable recognition for their attention to detail.
