Salute the Sun! Solstice Yoga Practice

Join us on Flatwater Farms for an outdoor sound and body experience at the peak of summer in celebration of the solstice and our connection to the sun.

Led by Ulrike of River of Life Yoga, come on a journey of body, heart, and place with movement, mantras, mudras, meditation, sounds of nature and beyond!

This event is suitable for all levels! $25 per person. Click here to reserve your spot!

A limited amount of props are provided so please bring your own mat and other items of comfort. Please arrive 15 minutes early to select and settle into your space to be ready for your solstice journey.

Afterwards enjoy lunch and drinks on the farm! Participants receive 10% off their bill at River Saint Joe.
