Nationally recognized New York City-based JazzReach comes to The Acorn for two days of educational and community programs! Working with River Valley Schools, the School of American Music, and more, students will be offered daytime programming both at The Acorn and in the schools. Each day culminates with a free evening concert featuring JazzReach’s renowned Metta Quintet.
Night Two brings Stolen Moments: The First 100 Years of Jazz – a thoroughly captivating and informative multi-media program that introduces audiences to jazz music's rich history and to the names, faces, and music of some of its many masters.
