Historic Morton Cemetery Tour

Join the Morton House Museum in a return of its popular “Historic Morton Cemetery Tour” on Saturday, September 6 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Volunteers will share amazing stories from Benton Harbor history, including four brave Black men who fought to end slavery; a nationally-known actress with a connection to the Yore Opera House fire; a Benton Harbor man who fell in love with an Indian princess; the singing sheriff who was the target of an assassination attempt, and more.
Tickets are $10 and are available at the Morton Cemetery or online through Eventbrite. Attendees can arrive at any time and hear the stories at their own pace.
