Coloma Public Library
Our Mission Statement
The mission of the Coloma Public Library is to provide access to informational, educational, cultural, and recreational library materials and services in a variety of formats and technologies; to be responsive to the public library needs of the community; and to uphold the public's freedom of access to information.
Library Board Meetings
The Coloma Public Library Board of Trustees meets bi-monthly (February, April, June, August, October, and December) on the 3rd Monday at 5:45 pm in the Community Room. The public is welcome to participate. To obtain a copy of the agenda prior to the meeting, contact mary@colomapubliclibrary.net.
The Coloma Public Library Board of Trustees meeting normally held on June 20th has been rescheduled to June 6th.
Locate Us
The library is located on the corner of West Center Street and South Church Street in downtown Coloma.
When coming from I-94 take Exit 39, and turn right onto Friday Road. Friday Road becomes Church Street, turn left onto Center Street, and the library will be on your right.
Hours and Holiday Closings
The library is open:
- Monday-Thursday 9 am - 7 pm
- Friday-Saturday 9 am - 2 pm
The library is closed on the following Holidays:
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- The Friday following Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- News Year's Eve
- New Year's Day
When Holidays fall on Sunday or Monday, the library will be closed the Saturday before. When a Holiday falls on a Sunday, the library will be closed the following Monday.
