Yin Yoga and Singing Bowls

Join us at Owen Sisters & Co. on Monday, October 21st to recharge your mind and body with Yin Yoga & Sound Bath.
Doors open at 5:30 pm. At 6 p.m. Megan of Tempest Yoga will lead you through a 45-minute Yin Yoga class.
During a short break, you will choose and put together a Fall simmer jar to take home.
At 7 p.m. Elyse from Sky Apothecary will lead you through a sound bath with her singing bowls.
Bring your yoga mat and an optional blanket if you choose.
Please feel free to bring your own beverages or Social District drink. Non-alcoholic beverages and snacks are available for purchase.
