Event published by Morton House Museum

The Morton House Museum, “The Home of Benton Harbor History,” will host Larry Nielsen as the clean-up hitter in its 4th Wednesday Speaker Series.

Nielsen, a former Benton Township Supervisor and Benton Harbor Area Schools Board Member, will discuss blockbusting, redlining, and the dramatic changes in Benton Harbor in the last 60 years.  Larry grew up on Pavone Street and attended Sterne Brunson Elementary School, allowing him to share personal observations on recent Benton Harbor History.
