Elderberry Syrup & Mocktail Workshop
Event published by Sister Lakes Brewing Company
Join Haley, owner of Herbal Meadows Botanicals, and learn how and why you should make Elderberry Syrup. We will discuss native herbs and plants you can add to your syrup to increase its medicinal properties. We will also talk about the best places to forage, the propagation of the Elderberry plant, and where to purchase materials. While our syrup is simmering; participants will create their own Elderberry Syrup mocktails. This provides a great way for participants to learn how to use their syrup at home.
