Section House

Section House is the newest project slated for the historic Sawyer Hardware & Lumber building. Built in the early 1900s as a lumber and coal yard, and famously known as one of the original buildings in Sawyer, these humble beginnings once boasted the site of a third rail that logged many miles. Owners of the hardware store are now passionately reimagining the space to bring something new and fresh to the area. The historic and original lumber loading station still stands behind the space.

THE SPACE

Although newly renovated, our goal has always been to complement the original architecture from the early 1900s, offering a unique and intimate experience with a 200-person capacity.
