Facilities include: Marshall Hall - 4 large sleeping rooms with bunks, holding 12 or 16 per room, 56 beds total and has a very large activity room and samll meeting space adjacent to a fire pit. Edwards Lodge - large room with built-in seating area around fire pit. 1 full bathroom, 2 half bathrooms, sleeps 8 including bunks. A-frames 1-3 - family style lodges that sleep 7 people with parivate bedrooms, small refridgerator, mocrowave, and coffee. Bungalow - full kitchen with small meeting space; family style with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 twin beds) and porch. Anderson Cottage - small meeting space, kitchen, dining area, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 with 2 single beds each, and 1 bathroom.

Schrag Retreat Center - divided into three areas, each with sleeping rooms and bathrooms. Linens provided, fire pit behind building. Area 1 - 6 beds in 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms. Area 2 - large meeting area, small kitchen, 16 beds in 6 rooms, 4 bathrooms. Area 3 - small meeting area, small kitchen, 8 beds in 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.

St. Philippus Retreat Center - meeting space, kitchen, dining area, 12 beds in 5 bedrooms (2 singles), 3 bathrooms, linens provided.

Campground - four group campsites each with own fire ring, available for tent or campers (some electricity). Pavilion with bathrooms and showers.

Amenities include Archery, climbing wall and low initiative course (details to be worked out with director). Hiking and Lake Michigan beach. Play fields (soccer, football, baseball), basketball court, volleyball.

Work camps - when groups designate 5 or more hours for a service project, Tower Hill will cover lodging cost, group will pay for meals in dining hall.

Other uses include weddings, family reunions, conferences, day events, and celebrations.
