Drink in their amazing craft during our 1st Annual Makers Trail Festival

We’ll be popping corks, tapping kegs and pouring your favorite spirits ’til sunset. Come party with us at Weko Beach – with nothing but gorgeous Lake Michigan to the west – and Southwest Michigan’s premier wine, beer and spirits makers under one big tent. This is one fun place for you and your friends to try new drinks or stick with your go-to favorites using beverage tickets purchased when you arrive. There will be water, soda and juices for your DD and you, too.

Dance or chill to our music makers at no extra charge – YES! Nashville's Billy Strings is playing here! We’ve stacked the lineup with your kind of beach music. Listen by the Big Lake to five bands pump out their playlists all festival long. It doesn’t get better than this.

Headliner Performance

7:30-9:30 pm  Billy Strings – Nashville’s phenom bluegrass musician is going to bring your heart rate up as the sun goes down! Our headliner plays hard, lives hard and strums so fast strings go flying. Strings grew up in Michigan before relocating to the “Music City” in 2016 where his career has exploded! In August 2017, Rolling Stones named Strings among the “10 New Country Artists You Need to Know” and The Journal of Roots MusicNo Depression” newsletter said Strings’ September 2017 debut album, Turmoil & Tinfoil, is “a fiery, down-home, foot-stomping, barn burning, sawdust flying” collection of music. This beloved, young artist is passionate about the roots of American music and we’re excited to bring him on stage in his native state.

1:00-2:00 pm The Undertakers Blues Band: You’ll dig this trio’s mix of jump/swing blues, funky blues and tunes for traditional blues fans.

2:30-3:30 pm The Andrew Fisher Quartet: These crowd-pleasers play wave after wave of Michigan neo-soul, funk and jazz.

4:00-5:00 pm StarHeart: This brother and sister duo sing a combination of folk, rock, blues, funk, hip-hop and country that put listeners into a joyful groove.

5:45-7:00pm James Neary & The Bevy Blue: here’s where blues fuses with rock and soul and brings audiences to their feet again and again and again.

Enjoy our food makers’ snacks and meals. They’ll be dishing up fresh, summer flavors that taste great with your wine, brew and spirit choices.

Advance tickets: $10. (ages 10 and up) are on sale now! Gate tickets: $15; children under 10 years, free. Invite your friends and family to join you for a great day at the beach!
