Michigan Flywheelers Museum

The Michigan Flywheelers Museum is an 80-acre open-air museum that provides an educational opportunity for visitors to learn about life as it was during the early farming communities. A self-guided tour includes Olde Towne which businesses like Over the Forge Blacksmith, a sawmill, a shingle mill, Old-time Jail, Pearl's Millinery Shop, Abbert & Sons Farm Repair,  and our recently renovated 100-year-old Standard Oil Gas Station. 

Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. 

The museum includes a working sawmill and shingle mill, a log cabin, a Stephenson Barn, or Rust Row. Visitors can take their self-guided tour through the museum which provides a variety of educational and cultural opportunities.
